Blue Knob state park has a small camp site with a swimming pool nearby. Glendale (or Prince Gallitzin) has log cabins to rent, plus tent and camper sites. There's a swimming area in the lake along with boat rentals and some good fishing. There are lots of places in the Poconos to camp. If you like backpacking, the Laurel Highlands trail is a great place to hike. It's a little over 70 miles long and has approximately 8 leantoo campsites along the trail. The Appalacian Trail runs through several states and has some great scenery. You could check out the PA Chamber of Commerce website to get a map or other camping areas.

Do you want a full service campground or an out of the way in the woods campground?
There are numerous campgrounds all through Western, Pa.
Here's the main site for Pa Campground Owners Association, you'll find everything you need here.

You can also try these.

Tionesta area is awesome to stay in, there is a full service campground below the dam and it's good fishing in either the lake, creek or Allegheny river. If you want a dry campground meaning no water or electric then Kellettville is the place. It sits along Tionesta creek and is very quiet and laid back, 10 bucks a night. Take interstate 80 east to rt 8 north through Franklin, Pa to rt 62 through Oil City to left on rt 36 inTionesta to right on route 666, follow about 12 miles on 666 and entrance to camping area will be on your right. For more info on this campground contact the Pittsburgh District of the US Army Corps of Engineers. I'm from Pittsburgh, Pa and camp a lot. Email me for more info on any of the places you want to visit, chances are I've been there and can tell you what they are like.
