If u have a Saudi passport or any other gulf pasport then u don't need visa to go there but if u r not then u should propably go to Qatar's embasy

I think you have to go to the embassy of Qatar in Saudi Arabia and fill out a visa application form.

Go to the Embassy of Qatar. They'll be the ones to process your visa. Ask them what you need to do.

GCC nationals do not require VISA in advance for any GCC country.
Expats have to obtain VISA in advance from either the embassy or any sponsor in Qatar.
