You'd be much better off reading the article at wikipedia on Daoism, and then looking at the websites it links to.

Anyway, here are some short answers to your questions.
* None of the answers are correct.

1: China

2: Lao Tzu (fictional)
Chuang Tzu (fictional)

3: That which is, is not.
Dhat which is not, is.

4: Central concept is "Dao", which comprises of everything, and nothing. Is everywhere, and nowhere.

Definition and usage of "God" depend upon the specific branch, and practices you are looking at.

5: Zhengtong daozang, which contains roughly 1500 texts.
The best known texts within it are:
* Dao De Jing
* ChungTzu
* YiJing

Note: Different branches of Daoism consider different books to be canonical.

6: These are dependent upon the specific branch and school. There are no general rituals, or practices.

7: Ethical conduct is based upon how harmonious within the world the act is. Acts are neither "good", nor "bad", in and of themselves, but only within the context in which they re perceived.
