Many accept the truth without much evidence and God count them blessed. There are those who search the Bible and test it for themselves and found out it is true. You speak from a point of view without sufficient evidence for or against. I implore you to test the Bible for yourself.

Bible predictions of things to happen in the future confirm the inspiration of Scripture as they come to pass. Notice the following examples of fulfilled Bible prophecies:

A. Four world empires to arise: Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and Rome (Daniel chapters 2, 7, 8).
B. Cyrus to be the warrior to capture Babylon (Isaiah 45:1-3).
C. After Babylon's destruction, it would never be inhabited again (Isaiah 13:19, 20; Jeremiah 51:37).
D. Egypt would never again have a commanding position among the nations (Ezekiel 29:14, 15; 30:12, 13).
E. Earth-shaking calamities and fear toward the end of time (Luke 21:25, 26).
F. Moral degeneracy and decline of spirituality in the last days (2 Timothy 3:1-5).

Being a Christian is great, it doesn't mean you are perfect, just a normal person following the teachings of Christ. It does seem a bit odd, if you haven't been exposed to church. Kids that are raised "in the church" have to make this choice themselves. Some kids as adults challenge their beliefs, some drop away, and others are just prone to follow. It is OK to dig deep in to what you believe. If you don' own a Bible, get one! They can be cheap, I suggest, The Message, it is in 20th century language. Also, find a pastor to talk to. Every person who becomes a Christian is not brainwashed. They have to come to the decsion themselves. Hope this helps!

Christians are known for their understanding the opposite of what is being said because of the constant brainwashing. Like what Jesus said, "Handle me and see; for a spirit has no flesh and bones." He was saying to them that he has flesh and bones therefore he's not a spirit, and therefore he has not risen from the dead, and therefore, he was not crucified. And although Christians read this a million times yet they understand that Christ was crucified, he did rise from the dead !!!
So this is a result of a large scale and constant brainwashing which Christians can't seem to get themselves out of.

Yeah i was one of those "church kids". And i really didnt believe it 100% till i researched it myself. And i didnt just research the Bible. I read history and science text books, and through all that God showed me proof that He was real. Maybe that's what you need to do. Jesus loves you with all His heart. And He gave His only Son so that you could live again. Have a blessed day and know that Christ loves you!

What happens is, when people believe in something beautiful and idealistic, which sounds so impossible to the cynical, materialistic people of today, their belief is thrown mud at. Trust me, there is nothing wrong with Jesus, I only wish I could be as kind as he is to me.

Nah, it pretty much made sense to me from the start. And all the research I have done since then supports it 100%.

I only wash my brain with liquid soap, not with religious ideas. Then I put it in a little wooden box in my night table.
