my uncle whose in his later 60's spent approx. 36 years working in this field.The real bummer he retired about a week before he found out,and now his kiddneys shut down and has had a couple heart attacks. I've had alot on my mind and this thought popped up

I think it's quite likely that someone who has spent a lifetime working with chemicals could get leukaemia from it. You might be able to find out more by asking a naturopath. (Sometimes Doctors can help, but they are often too worried about having to go to court in litigious cases, to be any help). If you find out what chemicals he used and what the side effects are you might have some ammunition for a claim. You could also look at what else he has done in his life. For instance being subjected to electro-magnetic radiation from living close to high tension electricity lines; or toxic paints from boat-building or some other hobby or activity.

i really dont know . its possible . but perhaps you are just trying to place blame. these things just happen. i hope your uncle will be ok. good luck.
