Some chemicals have been incriminated in leukemia such as benzene. I am not sure what would be in the cleaning agents he used.

sure cleaners, chemicals etc can cause all kinds of health problems...although i can't be positive about your uncle, he would have to rely the types of chemicals to his doc and see what he says. he's awfully young yet for the heart attacks and kidney problems....are there other reasons, drinking...smoking. anyway its weird but sometimes retirement itself seems to hurt people...my father was healthy and robust but smoked never had a problem until one year after he retired he had a stroke, attributed to smoking then they found cancer....he died a couple of years later but i wondered if the retirement had something to do with it. anyway.....sorry to hear about your uncle and i hope all works out for him....its obvious that he's special to you so just spend time with him as often as you can and i know that alone will make him feel better....good luck
