The question is why are you so anti-semetic?

Every post you have posted is anti-Jewish....Apparently you are Muslim and trying to bad mouth the Jews. Get a life friend and quit the nonsense,

God doesn't. The congregation and religion does. God is part of religion but God is not religion. Humans create religion though they all claim devine order (and there are how man different devinely ordained religions???).

Pretty much all religions and cultures require participants NOT to marry outsiders. However the Orthodox and traditional sects of Judiasm will cast out, effectively excommunicate a member who marries outside the religion. Yes there is biblical support for this, but like most of the laws in the bible, it was based on common sense. No organization survives long when perepetually diluted.

Most modern Jews do not cast out their young for intermarriage, however many congregations will not let intermarried couples join, and if they do, the non-Jewish partner has no voting rights.

No. Joseph married an Egyptian, the daughter of Potiphar. Moses married a Midianite. Solomon married many gentile women. Men were punished not because of who they married but because of what they did after they were married. Marrying gentile women often turned men into worshipping the gods and idols of the gentile women. They turned away from the God of their fathers to other gods neither they nor the fathers had experienced. They turned to idol worship. That's why they were punished.

No..this isnt an orthodox view...
its because the various messengers of god were sent for a particular time for a particular group of people...
god had sent abraham(may peace be upon him) for the jews only therefore he advised the jews not to marry the gentiles(i.e non jews)
a similar message is present in the bible too...
"These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them saying,
Go ye not into the way of the Gentiles, 1 and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go ye rather unto The Lost Sheep Of The House Of Israel. "
(HOLY BIBLE) Matthew 10:5-6
this is because their message is time bound..
surely this does not apply for today.

Yes this is the normal view.

Mostly it was (and is) done so that the Jew/Christian do not put them selves in a position where there mate can try and convert them from the truth.

We are warned not to put ourselves unnecessarily into situation where we will be tempted.

In the New Testament we are warned not to be "unequally yokes", married to an unbeliever.

There are a lot of obscure, severe laws in Leviticus. I don't quite understand why people feel compelled to follow them in this day and age.
Of course, the same thing is true about certain suras in the Qu'ran.

We punnish our selves when we disobey God. God tells us his commands to save us and to keep us safe. He is not trying to restrict us it's like a guard rail, He knows the future and He knows best for us and probably you should find out why He commands this.
