Do you want to start an out of your house daycare or an actual center like kindercare or primrose? Depending on what size you want and what you are looking for it depends on where you start. Let me know and I'll check back. I just started my own dc biz from home and it is going great! you can message me anytime and I will answer any questions and give you all the resources that I use. Otherwise just add more info and I'll try to post it all on here! Oh and depending on the size you are looking for you don't always need a license right away.

Depending on what state you live in I would think they are all the same but you would want to get your lic frist to run a day care and then pick your spot out If you are really intrested talk to other daycares and talk to the BBB they will give you advice and help you with anything you might need to know on how to start one.

Start out with a budget, contract, and know how much you are going to charge/spend and what you will be offering. If you want to email me you can... I run a home daycare.

First you need to know what certificates or permits you will need for where you live.
