Good question. No.

FYI a Baker's cyst is an out-pouch of the knee joint that can be felt as a swelling in the back of the knee. It is not serious, and is fairly common, especially after an injury to the knee. Sometimes they are painful, and occasionally they will rupture, which allows joint fluid to escape into the tissue at the back of the calf, which is also painful. Mostly though, people don't even know its there.
