like whenever i try to be seductive and make him horny by trying to touch his pee-wee he always pushes me away and just gets more turned off but he is always up for touching me... is he just really sensitive or am i doing something wrong? how are you supposed to touch a guy properly?

There are two main reasons:
1) He might be too sensitive down there and worries that he might ejaculate faster or much before he wants to
2) He is concious of the size of his manhood and feels shy about it.
In both the situations you have to help him out and make him feel at ease

I'm sorry, but I do have to say that your boyfriend sounds a little weird. How many guys out there pull away from a touch to their pee-wee? Huh? Yeah, I didn't think so. But anyway. First of all, maybe you should ask him what the problem is. If you're going to continue to be in a relationship with him, you both need to be honest with each other. Second, are you like, just grabbing & squeezing? Cause that's bad! LOL. Those areas are pretty tender. You've got to be careful of the way you do things.
