Note: I am not a graduate school student, but want to study in graduate school.
One: One day I will be glad I went to graduate school.
Two: One day I will be glad I go to graduate school.

If you're talking about doing it in the future you should say:

One day I will be glad to go to graduate school. OR
One day I look forward to going to graduate school.

Number 1 says you went to graduate school in the past.
Number 2 says you are doing it now ...

The sentence is all in the past tense. It's correct.

One day I will be glad I go to graduate school.

The first half of the sentence is in the past tense and the second half is in the present. It is incorrect.

You could also say:
One day I will be glad that I had gone to graduate school.

I would say: "One day I will be glad to attend a graduate school".

go to is present, went is past. If you are talking about the future then this will be the past.
Or you could say, One day I will be glad I am going to graduate school.

two: you will say when you are going to graduate school
