i saw an article in a newspaper that enraged me to such a degree that i nearly choked on my sandwhich, i was spittin crumbs of anger i can tell you .....The article concerned was a photograph of of an ' immigrant' family ( sigh..) yet Again moaning and grumbling their plight as to why they have to ' suffer ' overcrowding in a flat that bad been given to them ( along with benefits ) and why it wasn't suitable......moan, moan , whinge , whine, ...anyway.....the main complaint by these wogs is that the place is too small for the ' growing' family ......!!??....well exccuuuse me !!..why then still breed !!??.. I remember as a kid having to sardine ourselves in a unheated house, our 'bath' was a cup of water, the tiolet a german helmet under the bed ,even the cat left home. Our 'plight' ignored. Why are we breaking our backs to bestow onto these wogs every hospitality when our dear own English loyal subjects of her Majesty still live in Victorian squalor?.wake up you people of England.

There has been far too much immigration to the UK in the last 40 years and it is destroying the traditional British way of life. One lesson is that when you are given the right to live in another country, you accept the traditions of that country and not try to change them. History shows that when different ethnic backgrounds demand their rights, it leads to civil disturbance eventually.

As far as housing is concerned, if asylum seekers get to stay, they get free housing, if their application is turned down, they are not deported, instead, they get free accommodation until they are ready to move back.................................WHAT!!!!!!!!...............This is what the High Court decided on the 9th of October 2003................So in many of the outskirts of major cities, there are new housing estates being built on tax payers money to house assylum seekers. One such estate in a city in Wales was built to house over 7000 Somalian refugees, this estate has caused many problems over the years to where non-somali people are too scared to enter this estate (it sounds like a movie rather than real life)

So tell me, is this right for us Brits? Too worried to wander around our homeland for fear of assylum seekers attacking us?

Asylum seekers who are in real danger should be allowed to come to Britain but leave when things have cooled over. However I don't believe that they should be allowed to come because they want to.

Asylum seekers get all they need to survive. They are already enough of a drain on this country. Native People of the UK desperate in need of housing, medical treatment and other important things can't have them because we put so much money towards asylum seekers. So these people should not be given bigger houses just because they decide their family is cramped in the free house they are given, what would they be living in back in their own Country.

Thousands of Eastern European "displaced persons" came to the UK in 1946 and 1947 seeking asylum. They lived in makeshift army camps and worked on farms for 2 years before being released into the community to find jobs and raise families. Genuine refugees will not object to refugee camps - any camp in the UK has to be better than death in the home country. Of course, economic migrants would resent being detained and having their bogus claims checked out.

These people scream and shout about their human rights being violated, but what about our human rights, surely the government are violating the human rights of ever british nationalist in the UK by allowing this charade to carry on?

The way its going, I will be looking for another Country to emmigrate to as it is becoming way too overcrowded in this green and (once) pleasant land of ours

I have to say I find your use of the word 'wog' offensive. I also have to ask - how many of these sorts of stories do you see? Really? There are not that many such stories in the press. The limited cases where this does happen always get reported and it is usually reported alongside a sensationalist story about the country being overrun by immigrants. It is little wonder people get so brassed off. But be aware - the media is manipulating you.

There are genuine asylum seekers in this country. Immigration conditions mean that these people are not allowed to work. Therefore their choices are to sit at home on benefits or work in the black economy. The problem with the black economy is they would be paid less than minimum wage for too many hours of work. Since they would not be getting benefits they would have to pay full rent and full everything else. Not easy when you are earning a pittance. So most will sit at home on benefits, not least because to do anything illegal would endanger their application to remain in this country. When you consider that personal allowances on benefits are cut when you are an asylum seeker, the benefits aren't even that generous. Most of us don't have to manage on benefits. If you had to, would you still view them in the same way?

I think when you are sitting at home all day with a house full of kids, things can seem cramped and crowded. It is nothing to do with 'breeding'. Would you say the same thing if an English family had several kids? People have the right to have as many children as they wish. At the end of the day, if these people hadn't been forced to flee their country, I doubt if they would ever have turned up in any country's welfare system. But these are the circumstances they have found themselves in.

Do not get me wrong. I am not a bleeding heart. Immigration controls do need to be tightened. But I am also sympathetic to those who come here in genuine need of our help and who are treated like good for nothing scroungers when the immigration rules make it impossible for them to stand on their own feet.

Do you know the reason for all of this because we as a nation do not stand up for our own rights. Never mine the immigrant families it is hardly their fault that they can convince the authourities that they require accommodation to fit their growing needs. The system is not fair never has been.

Take my own situation for example I lived in area where a certain Labour Politcian Fenner Brockway (Slough & Eton) was responsible for getting laws passed that allowed immigrants with a British Passport (thats the crux of the matter) into the UK in their thousands. I was married and unable to buy my own home and we lived with my parents (as you did in those days) until we had saved up a deposit for our own home. And when I had unplanned pregnancy and my daughter was born we applied to go on the council house waiting list. 5 years later we were still waiting to be housed. During that period we struggled to rent a flat, but the landlord died and we had to vacate the property, we went to the council but was told no hope for at least another three years. My now late Mother and Father bless them took us back in. But guess what those immigrants were housed before us... Fair then No! Fair now No!

If your wanting fair forget it, but you must stop this grudge match otherwise you will find that you have spent the best part of your life bearing grudges and that is no way to live. We must stand up and be counted like the French do for their rights, instead of whinging all the time and doing diddle squat about it.

I would like to think that most immigrants are unaware of the unfairness of the system and have sympathy towards those who are victims of it.

I understand your disgust. It's not only immigrants who behave this way. It seems that any time we start giving things to people, they start to think they are owed them, and then they start to whinge that what they are given is not good enough. It is maddening. It must be some sort of psychological phenomenon. Maybe we should do a few studies before we give any more goods and/or services to people to figure out a way to make them feel more responsible for what they are handed on a platter. It's like a spoiled child who complains that the car daddy gave her was not a Jag.

I understand when people can't work due to disability but if a person doesn't have a disability then they should be made to work.
Why doesn't our government make unemployed people perform voluntary work or even do some council duties like cleaning etc.
It really annoys me as my uncle is really ill and has worked for over 25 years and he has just been signed off on disability allowance, but as he has worked before the employment agency tried to make him work again. Our DSS is rubbish, people who are genuine can't make claims but most of the SCUM get benefits, big houses and even holidays paid by my taxes.

They should be grateful for anything given for free and certainly not have any more children until their circumstances improve in order that the children won't suffer.

I can't afford to have children so don't, and work hard for what I have, and if I can't afford something I go without it and that is my fault not anyone else's.

I can't afford to buy a house so rent a place within my means.

Why doesn't anyone just 'say it how it is' anymore? Are they frightened and if so, of what?

REGARDLESS of nationality I begrudge paying taxes for people to sit at home and whine.

If you want a better life then work. Personally if i was in charge anyone who was mentally and physically capable of working and CHOSE not to would not get a penny in benefits. If you choose to sit at home then don't expect other working people to pay for it.

I like the way Italy does it - if you have one child then you get benefit for it, if whilst sitting around doing nothing you go on to have more children your benefit does not get increased. If britain brought in that law it would be nice to see how many more children these people have.

same problem here in America. or worse.
And the problems in my family isn't over population...it's reduced fertility. I don't know more than one white couple my age or younger that can just pop babies out like that any more. We have one really young couple, friends of family, that can. The rest of us 1-3 tops (trying). We have Mexicans that pop out 5 easy and want all we have just for doing that.

i don't get it either, half of them are illegals with fake id's on welfare and to keep on welfare and not have to get a job they keep having more kids, (i actually heard a welfare worker tell an immigrant that was what she had to do to keep her benefits and not get a job). then they take their food stamps and sell them for drugs, booze or guns to rob and kill. while us that are born here have to fight and beg for every dime and give most of it to the system that creates these low life scumbags. and people here put canada down. they're doing to right thing, cuz they won't let them in. aaarrrrrggggghhhhh!!!!!

What gets me is that my hard earned money which I then pay in tax is used to pay for these people to live here! I however will have to continue to pay tax, buy my own house (with a mortgage somehow) and they will be here for free!!

I don't have a problem with immigrants, I have a problem with scroungers!
