Jesus came first for His people, the Jews. Jesus still loves them just as much as he loves us.
Jesus talked against following the doctrines of man (racism, condemnation, ect,.)
Some people dont listen, some refuse to hear.
That is the way of the things in this world

We Christians make up the "New Jerusalem" or "Israel" through adoption in the New Covenant. This actually takes a bit of study from the scriptures but the country of Israel and the Jewish people here and now in this life are not in total, the chosen people. It is all Christians throughout the entire world.
Christians should not feel superior or look down on others because of this. We are only adopted and "grafted into the vine" not descendents by blood but by the promise.

Some denominations if not all, bind the Old Testament with the New Testament. In the old testament it is the Jews who are the chosen people of God (physically) but in the New Testament, It is those who were born again in spirit! (spiritually). The chosen people of God in the present generation are those who are in Christ.
Jesus was predestinated and salvation is predestinated too through Him! Those who believe and obey his commandment are the chosen one, the elect. As Jesus said "He who does not have the son hath not the Father"

Swedenborg has an interesting take on this. God choosing the posterity of Jacob was actually because of a promise made to their fathers or ancestors. The posterity of Jacob wasn't really the best choice!
To be chosen in a military draft isn't the best compliment you could get either.

The "chosen people" are the children of Abraham. In other words, those people who are the heirs to the promises made by God to Abraham. Christ's crucifiction and resurrection made those promises available to everyone Jew and Gentile alike. All you have to do is ask to be included in the inheritance by accepting Christ as your savior, and by living your life according to the example provided by Jesus.

As for the word, "oh my god," I consider Cognostic (This Commandment specifically refers to taking an oath to inform the fact in what changed into once a courtroom of regulation. to apply the Lord's call in ineffective is to swear to inform the fact and then lie. It has no longer something what so ever to do with stupid daily expressions that take position to contain the be conscious God.), Divorah, and Aravah. those solutions all characterize the Jewish view of creating use of God's call in ineffective. As for making use of the call, Jesus, I sometimes say "jesus christ!" even as unpleasantly stunned.... yet then, that has no longer something to do with making use of God's call in ineffective because Jews do not view Jesus as a god. .
