I sure do believe in miracles. They just aren't the Moses parting the red sea type of miracles every day.

But I've seen answers to prayers that can only be done by the power of God. I know that not everyone will agree but I know that He lives and reigns!

Example
My husband had a serious medical condition and needed to find a specialist to treat him. During the time we were praying for him at church, he was home surfing the web. Had been for 42 hours straight (only taking a short break to sleep a few hours). As we were praying for him, he found a post on a website that brought him to the doctor who was the pioneer in this type of surgery. I know, because I saw the time on the clock at church when we started to pray and I asked him about when he saw the answer. Almost to the minute of the time of prayer. Coincidental?

My husband is the first documented case of surviving his surgery without the facial paralysis that most people expect to receive. We estimated over 200,000 were praying for him. Coincidental that he has no facial paralysis, yet the 3 others who had the same doctor operate on them that week did have facial paralysis? Coincidental?

Could he have been healed without surgery. Possibly. God doesn't always work by divine healing. He also gives us wisdom and provides other means. Coincidental that he got his own doctor to refer him? Especially since this doctor had done this surgery before? Coincidental that the doctor agreed to refer him to a specialist not normally covered by the insurance?

Coincidental that the insurance worked with us on a $100,000 surgery and provided a way for us to afford this surgery? Especially since we were going out of network, and they covered the surgery as if it were in-network? Coincidental?

Coincidental that he did not have to go back for part 2 of the surgery since the tumor shrunk after surgery (very rare for this medical condition to be done in one surgery)?

Coincidental that he had very little pain in the recovery?

Coincidental that he has had almost no migraines in 7 years when it was almost constant before him?

Coincidental that this tumor still has not returned, even though part of it could not be removed?

Coincidental that the remnant of the tumor died?

Could he have found the doctor otherwise? Possibly, but it seems the odds were pretty coincidental that he found the post almost to the minute we were praying for him, doesn't it?

Coincidental, or God's hand on my husband's life?

Coincidental that the doctor had to admit, it was not medically possible and he had no explanation that he could take back to the medical community on my husband's recovery (back to work after 5 weeks instead of 6 months)?

The combination of all of these factors? Coincidental, or can you doubters finally admit that God just might still be here and working in our lives yet today?

There are no such things as miracles. Most "miracles" I've heard of fall victim to post-hoc ergo propter-hoc. This basically means that you assume something happened due to an external cause when there is no actual connection. This covers things like people praying to be cured of their cancer and then it goes into remission. A lot of times these people are being treated medically as well. The medical treatment is most likely the cause of the remission.

As for "miracles" like the "virgin" Mary showing up on toast or an oil slicked window... these are simply our pattern prone minds recognizing a shape and attributing greater importance to it because it's familiar.

Then there are people who walk away from a car accident unharmed or escape from a burning building and proclaim "it's a 'miracle' i got out alive." This is just interpreting a finite outcome as something more special than it actually is.

The only way a miracle will happen is if you believe, so why not? Sure, I believe in miracles.

Miracles,

or extreme luck?

A miricale by divine intervention does not exist.

Yet a child with a 1 in a million chance of living who lives is very lucky.

Yes, though I consider even the smallest things to be miracles. Like, a caterpillar becoming a butterfly, and finding inner peace.

I believe in miracles, Even you would see miracles and everything you say would come true, all you have to do is.....

Whenever you see any person, who is struggling in life... like : one who is disabled/ got bad health/ burnt/ twisted face or hand.......

Thank GOD for giving you this wonderfull life and ask for blessing for that person or people....

It takes only 5 seconds and you will see the differnce in your thinking and in you beliefs.... then you will realise the miracle

Trust me
