I am not a girl looking for a guy (married for 28 yrs), but I would say, Personality, sense of humor and then looks.
Sometimes a persons personality can make or brake their looks. A really good looking guy, with a bad personality, is a real turn off for most girls. But, a not so good looking guy with a good personality and sense of humor will go a lot farther in life and love. I guess what I am saying is, what's on the inside is more important than what is on the outside. :)

ok looks are the first connection you have with someone - either you;re physicall attracted or you're not so they DO help.
however over time even looks cant save a person who doesnt have a personality !
Personal hygiene is a must and wit is also quite important.
Someone who can make a girl feel special about themselves is the winner everytime - at the end of the day you need to feel happy and contentment in a relationship - good looks and moneyy etc are just a bonus.

if a girl is just purpose is only for fun or fling then defintely she will go first for the looks, personality will come in second and sometimes the the guys pocket too has a value... but if she's the serious type and would want it a serious relationship then all of those wouldn't matter to her...

For me its personality and mainly a sense of humor and the ability to have good conservation. I absolutely love a guy that can make me laugh. The guy does not have to talk all night but he has to be interesting.

i'd like a good-looking man but if he treats me badly them I wont go out with him very long at all. personality is most important. I'm lucky though I have a good friendship with a guy who has a good personality and a good body (especially his face!!) also I think that you should have a friendship first before anything else. oh and the guy's gotta make you happy.

I look at the attitude a guy has toward woman if he respects them or not and he can't just a woman as a nice piece of ***. So basicly a positive attitude.

But as far as looks go...
He has to have good hygiene..
Clean teeth,hair, and groom himself well...and shower regularly..
A Nice Smile is always a plus.

truthfully:
first i have to notice the guy no matter what ppl say you recognize ppl for what they look like first...
then you meet them they have to be able to hold a conversation and keep me from wandering away....
then they have to be able to be considered my best friend b/c i do not want to waste my time an any more guys i want some one who i do not get bored of and i think i could be around w/ for the rest of my life...
but dont let me forget the best part SEX you have to be able to preform well and keep up w/ me....
but this is just me...
