This company called www.emme.co.uk produced a fantastic piece of personalised jewellery for me that contained a photo of a loved one I lost. I am so pleased with it, I really am delighted, how can I ever thank them for such a wonderful item?

Write them a letter or an email and say exactly that. They love things like that; they tend to post quotes from satisfied customers on their websites.
Just explain what it means to you.

Send them a nice letter explaining what their product has meant to you. They will love to hear from a customer.
Also, if you have any way to get a newspaper or TV article made this would ne great human interest story and the manufacturer would be so grateful for the free press
