go out and buy neutrogena triple moisturizer conditioner... wet ur hair put the conditioner in and put a hair cap ( shower cap ) on . Then you can either take your blow dryer to the cap to warm it up or put a towel in the dryer and make sure it's really hot and wrap it around the cap. your follicles will open and let the moisture in. make sure your hair has completely cooled off before rinse'n and rinse your hair in cold water ( as cold as you can handle) this will close the follicle and keep the moisture in.

take an egg yolk and lather into wet hair. Leave in for a few minutes and it helps condition and adds protein, which helps against breakage and hair loss and it makes your hair shine.
OR do an olive oil treatment at least once a week. Olive oil really moisturizes the scalp. Also you should use jojoba oil daily. Put the jojoba oil on your scalp and then comb through to the ends. But use 100% pure jojoba oil, which you can get at any vitamin store, or natural food store
OR
Yoghurt Hair Care
1Egg beaten
3-4Tablespoon almond oil or olive oil
11/2Cups yoghurt
1. Lightly beat an egg in a bowl.
2. Add yoghurt and oil.
3. Mix well.
4. Apply onto your hair.
5. Keep on for 30 minutes.

Olive oil...
Olive Oil Conditioning Treatment for the Hair
Wash hair, towel dry.
Take hair down in sections (starting from the bottom of scalp), rubbing oil onto each section.
After saturating hair, comb through to distribute evenly.
Braid your hair, or wrap up in a bun, preventing oil from hair to touch clothing...
Leave oil in hair all day, if possible, or at least one hour.
To Remove Oil From Hair
Before wetting head, put shampoo in hair. Follow the same technique used to put the oil in the hair. Saturate hair with shampoo and rinse. Then follow your normal daily hair care routine.

My hair is the exact same way!
Well...it used to be.
I use Ganier Frutice Shampoo and Conditioner. IT does VERY well on my hair. For the Conditioner, Leave it on for 5 minutes. Once a week (or twice) put in a Leave in conditioner.
IT really does work

mayo...smells a little gross, but it is really cheap and it works great. I work it through my hair, wrap it up with plastic wrap (so it heats up and doesn't get on anything), put a towel around my hair and read for a half hour or watch TV then rinse it out.
