Ok lets look at the pros from his point of view... .
1sex is fun
2. the thrill of sex with a stranger
3.boosts social status.
4.no sitting by the fone waiting 4 a call cause u both know the score..
The cons for you are
1. A bad idea if you really like them in a "spend the rest of your lifes together" dream world kinda way. If they think it was a fun fling, or worse a druken mistake you will get hurt.
So you see..lots of pros for him and no pros for you...
My advice then is "change your way of thinking"

Because a relationship brings responsibility and he's not ready for that. Don't give in - find another guy who respects you more and who is willing to wait (and find out more about you) before wanting anything more - there are some about!
Boys are like that ... they've found out what their thing is for and want to take every opportunity to try it out to see if it works!

Because along with a relationship, comes responsibility, and he is not willing to commit. If you want a relationship, then you need to look elsewhere.
