Make your dogs stay in another room or outside when the child is eating. Also do not allow the child to walk around with food. Make him/her sit in a high chair. The dogs wouldn't be able to reach then.

It may seem at times that the dogs are stealing food from your baby however, since I have had children at this age with pets could be that part of the problem may also be that your child is giving the dogs the treats. If you are wanting to stop this I would not allow the dogs near where the baby is going to have his or her snack or food.
You could use such methods as a metal coffee can with dried beans or pebbles in it to create a unwanted noise as you scold them or when you tell them no in a firm voice when they get near the baby while he or she is eating. If you have the option try placing the dogs outside or perhaps depending on their size use a child gate to separate the problem. At least if you do that and you see your child try to feed them, note: this will encourage the negative behavior out of your dogs that you are trying to break, you will need to tenderly try to change your child's attention towards something else so that he or she will not feed your dogs.
Another thing you could do is use a spray bottle fill with water and squirt them when they are too close or trying to take the food. Even though either side means no harm, germs and possible accidental injury could result if this is not taken care of. It will be a learning experience for not only the dogs but for your child as well. Wish you luck.

We sat treats on the arm of the chair we were sitting in and pretended we were'nt paying attention.Everytime the dog tried to grab the treat we told it NO.When the dog stopped trying to steal the treat we gave it to him along with praise. When the dog mastered that we hande a treat to anyone visiting our home and had them try to give the treat to the dog and when he'd go for it again we'd say NO.When it was obvious to the dog that he'd not be allowed the treat from a stranger we took the treat and gave it to him with lots of praise.
It was'nt long before we could set a steak on a plate and set it on the floor and the dog would walk around it but would'nt touch it before he was told to.
Remember you don't have one baby in the house, you have 4 and you have to always have an eye on them all every minute of the day evan while you're asleep.Stay on them and correct them at the moment they look like they're reaching for the baby's food and it won't be long before they stop stealing. You also should tell the baby no when it offers the food to the dogs.

Dogs steal food when they are used to receiving human food. The one and most important thing that you can do is to stop feeding him table food. This causes them to take things away from the vulnerable ones.
I have had so much experience with this. I had been telling my husband that his feeding my male table food was the reason that he will take food away and get on the table for left overs but he didn't believe me so when we bought another dog, I said to not feed her anything and let's see what happens - guess what - we have been doing this little experiment for awhile and the ones that were allowed to eat table food do exactly what you are describing and the ones that weren't allowed people food do not even think twice and walk away. Good Luck!

Put them outside when you are feeding the baby.
Otherwise you should consider a training class. One of the methods to get them to leave things alone on command is to take a treat, put it in front of them but cover it with your hand while saying "Leave It" firmly but in a normal voice. Once they leave it alone for a while you give them the treat. Continue doing this until when you can say "Leave it" and they will stop or drop what they are doing.
Also a squirt bottle with water in it works well too if the dog doesn't like to be squirted.

keep the stuff out of reach of them. and why'd they steal your baby's food, aren't they satisfied with what they already have? if not, store the food into some larder or something - some other place where the doggies can't reach. if that STILL doesn't work, part with them. i know that'll be difficult but your child's more important.
