What could this be? Is it anything related to a goiter?

Do you have a family history, or have you ever been diagnosed previously, with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis or hypothryoidism with or without nodules? Nodules/goiters are common in thyroid cases and don't always hurt. Go see a qualified endocrinologist to be certain.

Goiter is usually a result of a lack of iodine, present in seafoods and an additive to salt. They seem to be rare these days as a result of iodine in salt.

See a doctor.

Sounds like you have the mumps. It's a disease that can be caused by a virus that usually spreads through saliva and can infect many parts of the body, but especially the salivary glands. Typically these glands swell and become painful.

Lymphe Nodes swell like that, nothing serious. They will go back down in a day or so. But see a doctor if you can.

Sounds like swoller glands. Could be tons of different things. Mine were extremely sore when I had strep throat. Or you may have a cold or something. See the Dr. to tell if you need antibiotics.

Sounds like it might be your thyroid gland, but I'm not a medical professional. See your doctor if you're worried about it.
