Congrats on your puppy.
When they go to chew on you hand you hand, slide your thumb under it's toungue and have the rest of your hand under the tongue. Squeeze and say "no bite."
It mimics what Mom would do if pup was nipping at her.
Some people will suggest you then hand them something they can chew on and pet them to show them that is appropriate. I had one dog who really needed to chew so that was necessary.
The Monks of New Skeet wrote a decent training book. I would suggest that.

I have heard when a puppy bits, push the object he is biting FURTHER into his mouth.
For example, if he constantly bites your hand, push it further into his mouth, making him almost gag.
The feeling is uncomfortable for the puppy, and soon he will refrain from biting by associating the uncomfortable feeling with the biting.
If he chews on things, I have heard that you should hang the object he's chewing around his neck on a string or a collar, and he will HATE that, and stop chewing on that object.
For example, if he chews your slipper, hang it on a string around his neck. He will hate the sensation, and stop chewing.

Give the puppy a light smack on the nose and say "NO!". Or get a water bottle and squirt him in the face with it whenever he tries to bite you. Thats what I did with my puppy and it worked after a couple weeks.

When he is chewing on something that he is supposed to be chewing on praise him. When he bites you, yelp (like another puppy would) when he stops give him something he is supposed to chew on, and praise him when he does. When he chews on something he is not supposed to, tell him NO and replace it with something that he is supposed to chew on.
NEVER let him chew on old shoes, that will just teach him to chew on new shoes also. Give him plenty of his own chew toys, and remember he will out grow the puppy biting stage eventually.

When he is biting his mother will bite him back to show him that biting hurts. You can take your hand and place it around his mouth ( dont cover his nose) and hold it close that way he will bite his self. That will show him that his biting hurts.

I gently grab onto their nose and hold their mouth shut when they bite and firmly tell them no bite. Teach him how to take food out of your hand and say "easy" and when he takes it gently from you, praise him. Praise him for being good, and discipline when bad.

you may as well try to give him a special thing such as a puppet and try to play with him ... puppies at its age really need a lot of attention. try to talk to him, i know it sound strange but they understand if you keep repeating him what you want, eye contact is also important but don't be to aggressive. Good Luck

You need to buy two things: chew toys and bitter apple spray. Spay the apple spray on whatever he's chewing that you don't want him to chew. It'll taste bad so he won't want to chew it. And the chew toys will be something he's allowed to chew on so it's a win-win situation.
