Sounds like this borders on a possible addiction/abuse.
Is it normal...actually I would ask, is it healthy?
You can find many cases of childhood abuse victims turn into Sex Addicts. The pleasure of Sex is a powerful way of hiding and masking pains of unmet needs.
This is obviously a subject that is difficult to approach and is a very sensitive subject. First the reality is that many victims blockout the memories of abuse and are frequently unaware that the abust even occured.
If you are truly concerned, then I would urge you to research Abuse and specifically Sexual Abuse. Then do some study on Sexual Addiction. See if the two of you exhibit characteristics and symptoms of either or both.
If so, seek some professional assistance. I would recommend Christian Counseling. Not out of a desire to evangalize, but simply because a Christian Counselor can have an insight to the basis of what they believe. Secular counselors, while very gifted sometimes tread into strange places that may or may not be healthy for you and your girlfriend.
If I'm wrong, then there was no harm in researching...if i'm correct, then you will both experience recovery from some childhood wounds and move on to leading a healthy life.

the only thing i think is wrong with that is the fact maybe you could help her out. if you are awake and shes awake, why not? ask her if you can rub her or make love to her right then and there

Hey its natural- dont worry. I dont think she intends you to feel bad, else she wouldn be doin it when you're around. Why dont u try the same too? go by her reactions and let the talks be based on the whole experience

Yea it's normal. But that doesn't mean you can't help her out if you happen to wake up while she is doing it.

It's totally normal, she probably doesn't want to wake you every time she gets horny.
