I proposed first and it takes a year until he finally say yes.

Valentines day is traditionally the day on which girks propose to boys.
But in this day and age it is OK for the lady to propose.

honestly. if a girl is brave enough then maybe she should propose. the thing is they just think it's more romantic if the guy goes first.
