If they are frozen , put them on a baking sheet and put in oven at 350 degrees and bake for about 10 to 15 mins. Some take a little longer

How To Make Crab Sticks

The "Crab" sticks you are speaking of are probably the fake crab that has become so popular. First of all, they are pre-cooked so basically all you have to do is heat them up slightly. Because they are pre-cooked you can also use them in salads or cold dishes. I mostly like to use them in seafood pasta salad or plain crab salad. They are also nice to use in seafood casserole recipes. If you wish to use them as is, you can either "warm" them in a fry pan with a little liquid (water or wine) on the bottle. Another nice thing to do would be warm them in some melted butter with garlic and lemon juice....sort of scampi style.

These seafood delights are low in calories and versatile....just use them in any seafood recipe you find. Good eats!

I'm guessing if they are "crab sticks" they are already cooked - if they are orange they are pre-cooked
