I told him I liked him he said he likes me but im always busy. That is not the case though i think its an excuse he is making.

Set up a specific time to talk, even if it's just for 10 mintues or so... Ask him if you can call him at 6 tomorrow. If he bails or isn't there, then ditch him. You don't need the mind games.

Jus look at it this way if you are sevice-able around the clock it simply means he could do what he want when he want and you will still be there when he's done. So even if you're not a busy person just act as if you are and watch he then gain interest in you and your (busy life)

he knows you like him if he is really to too busy then he'll call when he has time(you don't want to be second to whatever he is too busy with right now) just move on and if it is meant to be then the busy will pass and you will have someone who has made time for you...If not then you have moved on with your life and not wasted anytime in your life... think about this...
FYI...just because someone likes you doesn't mean they are in a place in their life where they can be in a relationship with you. don't take it personal that is just one of the risk of a adult life relationships.

YOu can use the "Get away" technique. Dont call him again and see if he will call you. In this way you will know if hes really interested.
You dont wanna stay with a guy that is not interestedin you, dont you?
