According to my friends and family, I am a very good looking, sexy girl, who is very caring and generous.?

Why is that I don't believe them? I mean I do have guys asking me out all the time, my girlfriends are jelous of me all the time, my boyfriend gets jelous and even my boss at work told me that I should be careful about all the guys that fancy me? The thing is when I look at myself, I don't see this really georgous girl? I don't honestly understand it.

I am 28. I don't think I have ever been brought up believing I am really beautiful. I mean my parents used to chase all guys away from me. I am not fishing for compliments at all. I guess I just don't realise it. I have always had problems with girls and I never knew why. I was always sad and hurt if a girl I though was my friend, in the end stabbed me in my back. The thing is I am just genuinly friendly with guys as I have a very close relationship with my dad and I have a very nice brother. But when girls see me having guys around me, they give me these looks and I feel uncomfortable. I have a very good looking boyfriend and I keep questioning why would he want to be with me as they are so many attractive girls around and so much more immaculate than me. I don't really wear so much make up and I am not really that rich to wear expensive clothes. But recently a couple of colleagues told me that all the guys in the office talk about me as the girl no.1? I was actually surprised.

Poor sweety. I think I know what you mean. I'v always had issues with the way I look too. I mean i'v always had boyfriends and guys after me and all my mates and me Ma says im pretty.

I do feel that they are just saying that and am a bit concious that people are staring at me because im so ugly.

Its better somedays but really bad other times.

I just basically do what I can to make myself feel comfortable like get nice clothes and make up and stuff.

Sometimes your confidence may take a knock from hearing things that jelous people say remember they are not true and its just out of pure jelousy or some things that may have happened to you may make it hard for you to believe when people tell you how beautiful you are. Its a hard situation and only the ones going through it can truely know why they feel that they are not as beautiful as people say.

Try to appreciate those who admire you and give you compliments and try to believe what they are saying to you hun.

I do know my boyfriend helps me a lot cause I know he is a honest guy and wouldnt lie to me still hard at times.

Maybe get some professional photos done so you can see for yourself how truely beautiful you are. Good luck hun.

This isn't uncommon. What you see in the mirror isn't necessarily allowing the brain to see the real you. There will be something that has affected you to make you feel different.
