Why do people tail gate me...when they know I can lock up my brakes at any moment?

Ha ha, I have never called anyone an ass hole in my life and whos ragin now? What if I locked up my brakes because a little kid or baby ducks ran across the road. Screw all of you tailgaters.

Yes , I get out of the way...if i can and I do the speed limit and if there is someone in front of me and I can't go any faster then it is harrassment to tail gate me...

I just checked with my lawyer...and if you hit me from behind because I lock up my breaks...then it is your fault...you did not creat a safe following distance.

Go ahead lock em up for no reason and let a cop find out. It's your ticket then duh!!! Just because someone rear ends you doesn't make it their fault if you're road raging and someone sticks around to tell the cop about it. People would too, I know I would. I don't like people tailgating me either considering I do 10-15 miles over the speed limit, but I'm not an ignorant @sss either. All I say is you better have ins. @sshole cause if you hit me your in trouble then.

If you are in the left lane and someone wants to go faster than you, this is the sign that they want you to move over and let them by. The left lane is the fast lane or designated passing lane - no-one should be in it unless they are passing or just plain going very fast.
A very simple rule of the road which most people just don't, for some reason know about.
Think about how much easier traffic would flow if everyone followed this simple rule.

If your the JERK that cut me off making a right on RED right in front of ME, I can say that I ride your asz because you are an ASZ. AND after you MADE the RIGHT on RED then you SLOW DOWN. And YES I DO know that you could lock up your brakes on me and for this reason when I RIDE your ASZ I also have my foot on the BRAKE just in case you want to be more ignorant than you already are. Because they are talking on a cell phone, maybe thinking about the butt chewing the boss gave them, or maybe because they think they can drive.

I live in Denver. Everyday I see at least 5 accidents where someone thought they could avoid the 4 second rule only to find out that they need Macco.

The awful truth: all those Followin' Freds & Freidas out there can't imagine that you would ever do that. It never enters their minds that a child may dart out in the road and that you would prefer to stop rather than run the poor thing down.

Because so many people got their licenses out of corn flake boxes it is not funny. Also many of them are so self absorbed they think they are the only people on the road who matter - haven't you seen the road toll statistics.

If it really bothers you, move over to the side of the road and let them go past and kill someone else.

If this happens often there is the distinct possiblity that your speedometer is actually giving you a speed that is faster than what you are actually doing, which frustrates everyone behind you who was doing the speed limit until they caught up with you. . .or you live in a city of jerks.
