By the way anyone who reports a serious question for abuse kind of proves my point..... difficult question.... answer...hmmmm.

Please answer from both sides of the argument, but make it a good well thought out answer. I am not a stirrer, this is an important question.

It depends on your question. If you are speaking in terms of the contents of the BIBLE, it says, "All scripture is inspired of GOD, beneficial for teaching, reproving, and setting things straight." And in order to do this, contrary to what some people say about serving GOD, it is actually not easy to live a truly, clean and Godly life.. Having strong faith, personally, I have faced many challenges, where if I were running with the world, it would have been much easier for me. The world eccepts everything, but living a Godly life takes effort, strength, LOVE, and many other qualities that for some do not come so easy. It takes discipline. And loving GOD does not make it easy for me to avoid anything. I face consequences with everything I do. Just the same as anyone else. And it is increasingly evident to me that it is time to make all of the needed changes in order for me to show GOD that I do appreciate the ransom of his son, Jesus. And that I am at a point in my life to know that I truly want to repent. So in answer to your question, from my view point, it is difficult to live up to the standards set forth in the Holy Scriptures but I do accept Jesus into my life... And I thank our Heavenly Father for excercising patience beyond what I could ever imagine. This is not meant to judge anyone, this is just straight from my heart, knowing I am imperfect and look to our Creator to one day take away the wicked from his earth.. The world is lying in the power of Satan and he knows his time is running close to empty, so we are all his targets, everyone of us.. Sincerely

Short of God appearing and giving someone a direct command, even the most prayerful human being must struggle to discern God's will.

Understanding scripture and the teachings of the church helps, because most, if not all of those teachings, and many of the accounts we find in scripture, serve to illustrate God's will pretty well.

But how many of us actually take the time to really learn what our church teaches, and why? How many of us make the required effort to study scripture enough to really make sense out of it? Not too many!

There's a well known speaker who asks all those who complain that God doesn't answer their prayers, "How much weight have you lost due to fasting? How much blood have you sweated while praying? Have you worn out your legs from kneeling before almighty God? If not, go back and pray some more."

Of course, he's right. Most of us make only a feeble attempt at prayer, unless we're sufficiently motivated by death, disaster, or other tribulation. And even then, we often fail, due to lack of preparation and practical experience.

But in the end, God does work in mysterious ways, and his will certainly trumps ours. That's probably a very good thing, too.

All we can do in the mean time, is keep the faith, and try to stay in close touch with God through prayer, plus full and active participation in the work, worship, and sacraments of his church.

Then, the next time something happens, we might have a bit more success making sense of it all.

as a spiritualist one of our 7 principles is personal responsibility
this is so important in life ... to know that the actions you take are your actions .. that each person has free will and cannot blame anyone or anything for their actions ..
of course in certain situations we have to act according to the situation and that may go against or challenge our free will but again those times are not to be blaming god but the actions of another persons free will
in the same respect when we do great deeds or do something wonderful we should of course take that as our great deeds our own efforts .. so it goes both ways
we are responsible for all we do in this life and should act accordingly

If used/felt insincerely yes. If however one can accept that one cannot change other people, places or things and accept them as being "god's will", then doing what they can to improve themselves and those whom the touch then it is a very powerful and serene way of life.

Actually, it's because God can carry your burdens. It is a relief to let go of difficult questions and focusing on something less stressful.

It's also a way of exonerating everyone else - for example, "the doctors tried everything but to no avail - it was simply God's Will".

Yes. If everything is "God's Will", then you have no responsibility at all for anything. You are the total innocent and have no control whatsoever over your own life.

It depends on where your heart is at, and whether or not you are open to understanding, and willing to accept, what his will is vs. your own.
