What form of executions should be sanctioned by the jusctice system?

any crime. I don't care if you break into a car to steal 50 cents, you are a waste of space. If people didn't have to pay extra money because of criminals, it would be different. Hitler once said, if you eliminate the lower life forms of society, criminals, you will have a better society. Why don't people see this? If you will be put to death for spitting on the sidewalk, would you still do it? No questions asked just shot right on the spot, would you still do it? That is the point, if all crimes were punishable by death, crime would be reduced greatly.

Capital Murder or 1st Degree Murder - if you intentionally kill someone for your own profit or personal gain, to keep them from performing their goverment duties or or to cover up a crime you have commited.
Rape in the 1st Degree (by force or use of a weapon)
Kidnapping in the 1st Degree (by force or use of a weapon and/or held for ransom)
Robbery in the 1st Degree (Armed Robbery)
Possession of Controlled Substances with intent to distribute - Drug Trafficking. I for one think we need to get more serious about this problem.
Acts of Terrorism.
Acts of Treason.
And the death penalty DOES in fact work. The people executed don't have the ability to prey on society any more so as far as I am concerned it works.
Be happy you don't live in Saudi Arabia - they execute you there for driving under the influence!

Actually death penalty should not be used in all country...... death penalty is not a solution of reducing all kinds of crimes, why should we kill people in a way of by punishable offense... death penalty is not an punishable offense but it is a rule of all cruel human..... to reduce all kind of crime is discipline ourselves... and also we should let love reign in our HEARTS and let PEACE stay in our minds...
