Noooooooooooooooo! don't do that you will just cause an infection and possible bleeding, I suggest you take or add fiber to your diet, you can take two tea spoons daily of psyllium husk added to a small glass of water best time to take this is say afer your biggest meal of the day but preferably before bedtime for best results, I also have a brand to suggest thats works best is Trader Joes own brand it is called Trader Darwins secrets of the psyllium; my husband takes this as he too had hemmoroids and swears by this brand and has not had any flareups of hemmoroids since, take it from me this will work; also take plenty of fluids throughout the day as this method tends to draw fluid from your body which makes psyllium swell in your colon and clean you out.

I honestly think it's better to let the doctor, who is qualified in handling physical situations like this; to take control and do what is best for your sake.
Get it diagnosed, and treated by a qualified GP.

Let the Dr. do that if it is needed. Carry on with Prep H or Anusol until then.
