Psalm 82:1

elohim arises in the congregation of 'el. In the midst of the 'elohim he judges.

Elohim can either be God, the gods (Jews were polythiestic before Moses took lead) or an order of angels associated with Netzach in the Caballa (which may be the fate of those gods of Jewish polythiesm).
