Menstration or increased sodium intake are two of the most commmon reasons for bloating. Many others also, these are just the most common. Or it could be gas from spicy foods or something like that. If it is happening all the time, adjust your diet.

So many reasons. Ibs, diet, to much liquid, stress, period, gas, something not agreeing with your stomach.
