Raw meat is generally to be avoided, unless it is known to be disease free and is properly prepared.

Chickens can be affected by Salmonella, E.coli, Listeria and Staph aureus, amongst other things. Normally small amounts wouldn't cause much harm, but these can occur in high amounts in chickens and be passed onto humans who eat the raw or improperly cooked meat. The chicken skin is particulalry prone to these bacteria.

The surface of the chicken eggs can also be found to contain E.coli and Salmonella etc, but if the egg is properly washed / disinfected, it is less likely to infect the person who consumes the raw contents.

Egg flip is particularly nourishing.

One raw egg
a glass of milk
teaspoon vanilla essence
teaspoon honey

mix it up well and drink.

It is very nourishing and quite filling.

The primary risk is exposure to salmonella, a bacteria common in chicken intestines, and eggs often are contaminated through microscopic imperfections in their shells. Adequate heating is the only way to kill the bacteria. Salmonella causes a nasty vomiting/diarrhea/fever syndrome and can be fatal in vulnerable populations--the very young, very old, chronically ill and immune-suppressed. Eat at ur own risk!!!

Neither should be eaten raw!!!!

They are both potential hazardous foods that should be stored properly and cooked to a temperature of 165 degrees.

they can harbor a bacteria called Salmonella which can cause severe gastrointestinal distress, but is killed when cook properly.

you can eat them raw if you want but you are playing Russian roulette with your stomach.

Good Luck

It's not good to eat either raw

you shouldn't eat either of them these days.

Medically they all have a high chance of salmonella.
Environmentally there are many better alternative sources of protein .
Morally the poor little b*****ds live in tiny cages, are filth infested, can't stond properly, have their beaks chopped off so they can't fight and are often pooed on by the neighbours in the cages above...

stop eating chikin & eat mould protein instead.
either that or just go with beef, it's much tastier!!!
