How old are you? I mean seriously how old are you? Cause if you are over the age of 18 and don't know the answer, I would suggest that you take a health or sex education class quickly. Also if you don't know the answer you really need to not have sex.

No It cannot, If you swallow it then your stomach acids will kill the sperm. Sperm can only live in certain conditions.
