American Atheists in the U.S., but you're not going to find an atmosphere anything like a church. After all, the only common bond is a lack of belief. Atheists are from all walks of life, and generally join up to meet others with like minds, and to combat what they see as the oppression of organized religion.
With organized religion's followings on the decline (%, not raw numbers) there is a widening gap of faithless individuals looking, as perhaps you are, for a moral compass. More organizations that offer morality without any dogma would be nice... but where will they come from? And with what money? Such organizations won't be tax-emept, nor will they have cash rolling in immediately from members... but hopefully there will be strong organizations offering what you speak of.
In the mean time, the (monitored) Internet is a good place. Hanging around with like-minded individuals is also good. The children can see this, be exposed to possibilities, and also see the value of a moral life... largely if they have a good parental example to follow.

Why do you need an organization to tell you how to live? You know what is right and wrong. Send your children to school, let them develop socially and talk with your children whenever you can, they will be moral if you teach them to. Stay away from the organized religious groups, they will guilt you into all kinds of "methods" that would work, but remember you have a mind of your own.

You don't need an organization to raise moral children. Morality does not come from religion or the belief in a God. Morality is an innate human characteristic, the knowledge of right and wrong.

Matters concerning the truth, the good and the beautiful are very difficult to discuss, to advice or to impose. As long as man exists, these matters are still great things for each individual and all mankind investigating, enjoying and forgetting....I think this is the beautiful wonder of divine creation. If mankind know clearly all these things, fully agreeing with each other to live in unity, peace, and prosperity for some time, they will become boring, they will embark on searching for something else and so forth...
Today, with the Internet, we can read all the Scriptures of almost all religions; deepest thoughts of almost all great philosophers of all ages, all sorts of wildest dreams in the performing arts...so we may become wiser, crazier or lazier...
l thankfully learn one of the creative principles from Baha'u'llah that each individual should independently investigate the Truth for himself. Once found, man will be set free and he can live in peace with himself, with God and with all mankind.
I dare not claim that I have found the Truth. But in following continuously the guidance of this most recent Manifestation of God, I think that I can love people without discrimination of race, class, religion, ideology, gender, age, or anything else. I see in all men the inherent existence of the spiritual qualities of God and believe that if they accept to follow the proper education of Baha'u'llah, they will develop those spiritual qualities and they always deserve respecting as my greater brothers and sisters.
Please think the unthinkable and rethink the thinkable.

Why the hell do Atheists need an organization to raise moral children? Can't they do it on their own?

Since atheists believe that they can live just by themselves and they don't need compassion, I am afraid there's none...
But there are Christian organizations that are willing to help those in need, including atheists.

None because none are needed. Morality doesn't come from religion, ancient books, or a giant invisible man in the sky.
