Menstrual cramps, i know how you feel ever since i got mine i could not stand the pain, my advise to you is to hold it out, soon after a while you get used to the pain, but this is becuas eof the flow, the more you lose the more you get cramps, if you feel hurt from the cramps, rest, eat and drink fluids.

I have found that a hot pad or walking helps. I try to take my mind off the pain by listening to music, or cleaning. If you are looking for a over the counter med, try Midol, or pamprin. Both work very well for me. Best of luck.

Try taking a warm bath before you go to sleep or if that doesnt work -
try taking an iron rich medicine/diet - iron helps the blood flow easily thus easing the pain.
