I have got the flattest bottom in the whole world! I go from my lower back straight into thigh! I really want to have at least a little junk in my trunk as they say! I know I'll never be J-Lo but a little curvature would be nice!

i have buns of steel! go to a legs, bums and tums class, or buy a vid like charlie brooks or rosemary conley! try...
leg lifts when on all fours, kicking up to ceiling and out behind, lay on back, put feet on a chair and lift bottom off the floor and squeeze those cheeks as u lift, stand behind a chair, holding the back, lift one leg at a time straight back behind u, then with ur toe turned out to the side

give it a go hun, and if all else fails, i got a bum like J Lo and u can have some of mine!!!!! :)

Hi, i dont think you can, i had no bottom, until i started to put on weight, but the only problem was the weight went every where else as well, I cant with, not ive got a big backside and everything else, Just be happy with what you got as when you wish for something else you always end up with something different as i found out. I suppose you cpuld try squats and tense you butt cheeks whilst doing them but i think this is only if you have a big but. But it might firm you bottom up and make it look bigger.

squats are great for building up big gluteous maximus.

3 sets of 12 and do them really slowly so that toward the end of your final set you thighs and bum feels like they are on fire

also walking up stairs exersices the bum muscles, what you will find though is that by doinf lots of bum exercises, you upper legs will become very well toned as well.

another good one to concentrate the effort is to get on your hands and knees and extend each leg (one at a time obviously) outward until it is perfectly parallel to the ground. again do these 3 sets of 12 and at a speed where you are in agony toward the end of the final set.

Do all this every other day - never one day after the next. you will ache like you've never ached before if you do them slowly enough and properly for the first few times. the aching is the muscles putting themselves back together after being over exerted. its this action in the muscle that helps build bulk.

Martial arts deff. i dun mean full on jackie chan screamin an shoutin stuff lol just the legs. Training your legs for better kicks improves your bum cuz if you practise holding your leg out in the side kick position it puts strain on your bum quite alot. Just do it every now an then a few times untill it really hurts to do it then rest an try gen later. Doin this every day will deff tone your bum up lol im not jokin cuz i noticed it wen i started trainin few years ago. give it try. gd luck

id say squats are the best to give you a nice firm bum. take the handle from a broom stick put it across your shoulders and slowly squat down with your feet flat to the floor and shoulders width apart, do 3 sets of ten to start and go from there eg add wieghts. your bum should look pretty hot in those kylie hot pants then x

Exercise on a cross-trainer. This piece of equipment works the Gluteus Maximus very well as well as the gluteus medius which are both the muscles in the area you are concered about.

Get on your hands and knees, and do leg lifts so you leg is out straight at a 90 degree angle. Do 10 of these on each side, repeat x5.

sit down on your bum and clench your cheeks tight so your body slightly raises, do this 20 times have aminute break then repeat another 2 times, do this 3 times a week for a month, it will help. also try lunges and squats.

i purchased one of those lateral thigh trainers,i did notice a difference,had to stop when went into hospital.cannot wait to start using it again

i call them little squelches......clench your butt cheeks together, you can do this in the car, on the train, on the bus, you can do it stood in a que, hold for 6 seconds, release, do as many as you can......you could crack nuts on my butt its sooooooo firm
