Just as with the vaginal sex, the experince can be different for everyone... Here is a copy of my answer to guy who asked if woman like anal sex:
"Depend on the woman, her inhibitions and how you approach the subject...if you want it just because you want it (to satisfy ony your selfish desires), then it won't work because you wont care enough about her to make it pleasurabe for her.
It can be pleasurable if there is plenty of lubrication and patience (slow, don't rush, play around). The reason woman might enjoy anal penetration is because penis can touch internal G-spot throgh the thin wall of anus, although the G-spot is actualy in the vaginal walls...

...So then, perhaps do try small finger first, and perhaps try dildo, do not try vegetables or funny objects as it can break inside then you got to go to doc's to have it removed...
Also try getting some books on sex, get educated of what certin things do on/in the body, and don't be scared to experiment, but do it safe... make sure if you're not comfortable (or it is painful) you tell your partner and he stops...
