might be from "everlasting to everlasting"? psalm 103
you might be using another version. i'm more familiar and comfortable with NIV.

Not exactly what scripture your referring to but try Exodus33:22
it speaks of god's glory passing by. If that's not what your looking for try looking it up in a bible concordance. (do a search and see if you can find one online)
