I have been in a violent situation where I was sure I was going to die. I came close.
My feelings were none of the above. I was happy with the life that I had lived and saw death as simply another part of life and a doorway to another realm.

Inbetween 2 and 3 not sad to leave because of all the success but because of my family and friends and yes afraid because only God can make the call and if he decides Ive been too 'bad' then I wont get to enjoy all the greatness of the afterlife.

If i am cornered by a man with a gun to my head I will kick on his balls so hard as I have never before and pick the gun which has fallen of his hands which will fall for sure because his hands will go to cover his balls and catch his hair from behind gun to his head lead him to a police station and hand over to the police the insane man

Having been in life and death situations I can tell you the last thing I would do is start thinking about any of what you posted. I would be full of adrenaline and probably do the same thing that has always kept me going, when cornered don't think, attack.

Why isn't there an indifferent option? If someone is going to kill me, and I'm completely sure there's nothing I can do, I don't know that I would care. In fact, I'd probably be anxious to get it over with.
