Who cares? There are millions of natural clones (identical twins) around. They aren't different from the rest of us. One or two artificial clones added to the pool wouldn't make any difference.

I wish I had be cloned. I have so much work, that I'd really like my clone to do it so that I can go on holidays and answer here on Yahoo.

Most likely!
Scientists may have ethics, but the intellectual greed of many of them outways any laws we may invent.
Military researchers do not have to obey laws either, and, once the governments enter in any research field, NONE of them have ethics nor care for people.
So, yes, I believe it has been done.

i dont know but they already started doing it in animals and you know how science wants to prove everything that everything is possible so i guess they are on their way in doing it. i pray not.
