Yes , Eat bananas min 1 a day . They contain seratonin which is the natural chemical of prozac . Anti deppressant tablets. Suround yourself in yellow . Put up pictures , dry / silk flowers like daffodils etc . Eat good mood foods which help to build the immune system and increase the seratonin levels inthe body . There are natural herbs tablets that can be purchased over the counter like stimulants etc , I take TRIMMER's I get them from the hairdressers they are slimming tablets but have a stimulant and contain Phenalynine same ingredientthat is in Red Bull .So one or 2 aday should be enough to keep you happy and high ! hope this helps also another good natural herb is MACA .

sometimes medicine isn't the only answer for depression... sometimes we need therapy or counseling to help us through those rough spots in life. besides, me knowing good depression medication doesn't make it the right meds for you. only a qualified professional can tell you what will work, and unfortunately, it is alot of trial & error and very time consuming, so we may get impatient waiting for the magic moment when we will be "normal" again.
if you are in counseling/ therapy stay there until your provider feels that sufficient progress has been made. we are unable to make that call on our own. but a good clinician will always involve you in assessing appropriate treatment methods for your specific situation.

well, in the word of alternative medicine... depression is cured by eating green apples (as u like) 4 breakfast.. only green apples with no tea or coffee.. then u have ur next meal at least after 1pm.. they said ppl feel the results within days... hope it works 4 u :)

Exercise is the best cure for depression, its also very hard to do when you are depressed, I'm sorry to say.
Simply go for a walk. As soon as your blood gets moving, your mind will start wandering in new directions and your mood will lighten.
MOTIVATE YOURSELF! This is the best answer you are going to get BUT dont waste time replying to it as best answer!!
