i keep postponing it 4 tommarrow. wasted a month. feeling guilty. still not getting up

Used to be like you. It is called procrastination. And as long as u keep procrastinate and keep saying ull do it tomorrow then, until next year you'll never do it. It will come to one moment in time when u look at the mirror and regret for all the time uve wasted and not working out and by then it would have been a lil late.. especially when u have some big thing going on. So before all these happen, uve wasted one month.. No more time should be wasted anymore... u should go.. right now if possible.. dont wait for any advice anymore.. go now or at least today.. but dont wait.. Get ur muscles working and go again tomorrow.. and make it a habit. U need someone to always encourage you too.. If you havent join a gym yet.. then join one and bring a friend along to encourage you.. or hire a personal trainer that would challenge you.. if not then msg me too.. and ill personally challenge you.. cos i know how u feel.. and the only way to get up on ur butt.. is to be challenged.

The only way to get over laziness is to start doing that you tend to postpone, from that moment itself. Punish yourself. Imagine that destiny has sent you to this planet, for a great mission, that can be accomplished only by you and for that purpose you need to be up and standing on you feet.

I motivate myself by remembering that I want to soar like an eagle and not muck about on the ground pecking like a chicken. You can be an eagle getting to any heights you want. Why lazy around like a chicken when you can be an eagle?

I forgot my call - lots lots hate on blood on the dance floor in basic terms for there look and there message approximately Sexual issues. i think of there ok. they have a competent message that there sending out to all people. i'm now going to get a team of dislikes. the 1st ingredient that includes my recommendations is my call. Trust me all you have to do is just get up and go to the gym. After you start it is going to be easy. You will get caught up by loving it you will decide to go every single day!
