yesterday a posting was made on this site with regard to my daughter, someone calling himself ross alexander not his real name i guess hes not brave enough to admit to that. the message was both insulting to my daughter and gave a phone number to contact her. the first we knew of this was a phone call from Yahoo but ross obviously came unstuck as many people picked up on her phone number and text and rang her to warn her of this idiots tactics. i just want to say thanks to the many kind people that took the effort to contact her the matter i assure you is being dealt with, if you saw the message yesterday and want to comment then please do.

It's NEVER a good idea to post your residential address OR telephone numbers on the Internet. It's also NEVER a good idea to call such numbers posted, either. And what "Ross" did should be a crime; evidently, his prank backfired on him.

Get daughter a new cellphone number. Don't post the number again online and tell daughter to keep the number PRIVATE as well.

PS: To anyone who posts personal information, be it your own or ANYONE ELSE'S (a-hemmmm) on this forum: for your safety, your question or post can (and should) be deleted. Because Yahoo KNOWS your ISP, despite your best efforts to mask it, you can be barred from further participation. Bear this in mind

Whoever this half witted goon of idiot that was posting ur daughter's cell no, Hes got to be well known to her, and hes trying to get back cause she might have snubbed him and refused him somewhere,
locate the IP address from whence he logged into yahoo from the Id, its a minutes Job.
Squash his balls and make him opologise in every site possible.

Yahoo need to apply a filter which stops phone numbers being posted.

They already filter many offensive words, you can't even correctly describe a female dog on the pets section.

I was one of the ones that reported him to Yahoo. I thought the message was very vindictive. His message said your daughter was his ex. I'm not surprised, if that's the sort of thing he does. I assumed she dumped him and he is not mature enough to accept it.
