While it doesn't specifically address eating disorders, you can apply this concept to any mental disorder. Just takes work.... "The Feeling Good Handbook" by Dr. David Burns.

The longer you stay away from that stuff the more the cravings will go away. You may want to do a Candida Cleanse (Candida can make you tired and crave sugar). When you start feeling a craving replace the chocolate bar for a chocolate protein shake. Excercise and burn some of those calories. AND cut out the carbs which turn to sugars and fats in the body. So if is white (bread, sugar, potatos, rice) don't eat it. That should be a start.

RIght this down it works pretty much for everything. but first ill give you a bit of background to this. Im not mad into this stuff but this actually worked for me. I was going throught a dificult time a while ago myself and a friend of mine gave me an anthony robins CD and on it he explianed about how we associate everything with either one of these two emotions plessure or pain. When times are though we will naturally go to what we find pleassurable hence for alot of people food. What you gotta do is start associating those foods you need to stop eating with pain. How can you do that? You that like this.
1. write down on all the pain you will get all the bad negative things that will come from what your eating habits. how it will effect you now and how it will effect you in the future if you continue. everything bad that will happen.
2. Write down all the pain you will go through when you change you eating habits for the positive. how ou will feel and everything you have to go through to get into the shape you want.
3. Write down all the plessure you will get form making this change. all the good things you will achieve from doing this.
if you do this your brain will make the choice for you because eyou will realise that major thing stoppping you is fear of letting go of your habit. And once that happens you will shift into a more positive mode of eating aswell as that dont put it of make the change now! because if you say tomorrow there always be tomorrow. you gotta do it now!! otherwise you might never do it.

I understand you, really. And I think you should do something else like lock the door and start reading a book and then watch TV (but not all day TV). Go out more often and don`t think only about loosing weight. This makes you worse. Just forget it for a while and start doing things that can make you forget chocolates. I know how you feel because I had the same problem years ago, but I did such things and now I don`t have any problems.

When cars were first starting out, people were having a big problem because the car crashes were usually fatal, and very common.
So people started creating education courses for drivers.
That didn't work.
So finally, after a lot of thought into it, streetlights were introduced, along with a variety of signs: stop signs, dangerous curve signs, etc., etc.
They redesigned the environment. Not the person.
Redesign your life so that you can't help but succeed.
Or else, try listening to Steve Pavlina's audio programs. He's somewhat good.
Although for a more energetic conversation, I would recommend Tony Robbins.
I don't like him 100%, but he does have a good-attitude voice, and you may get some ideas.
Download him, though. I wouldn't suggest paying. He overprices everything.

Hi,
First of all stop worrying, forget about stopping eating sugary stuff and junk food in fact pig out on it and don't feel guilty, enjoy it. Meanwhile develop a taste for fruit and vegetables and fish, go to a slaughter house and see how animals are killed. Exercise, just start with something gentle and always run up stairs it is fun.

it might actually be hard at first to be able to see yourself thinner, but try until you can actually see yourself that way. once you are sure you can achieve that point, go and have as many physical exercises as you can (I'd suggest 3 times a week at least - and don;t gimme the excuse that you don;t have time for it - YOU DO!). doing physical activity will moderate your need for food and will also make your creed for sweets less important.
don;t focus on not eating something, focus on how you want your body shaped, and on doing so - exercises, exercises, and some more exercises

tts sounds like me
i stopped eating junk food for like 3 months and now im eating it again but not too much
i tink u shud make it a point to imagine a v fat and lonely woman(tts u) and stop urself frm eatin
i owaes imagine all the fats i will gain and hw those guys will laff at my saggy figure and i wiil not eat it
however, i did not lose any w8 frm refraining frm junk food. oh well.
