Suki in Japanese means like or love, you can daisuki which means ALOT meaning I LOVE you to a person!
Daisuki means I like it ALOT or love it alot while suki means the same thing but alot less in intensity. In Japana Suki COULD also be used as Daisuki, some people dont loike long sentences and longer words so they dont bother, all they is suki, its pronounced kinda fast, its sounds like ski!

Suki is a term in Aikido for being vulnerable to attack or having flawed technique.
Or Suki is a town in Papua New Guinea .
Or Suki: A Like Story (Suki: Dakara Suki?), is a three volume manga by CLAMP. The title literally means "I like, therefore I like."
In Japanese "Suki" means "like". If you say it like a question, it means "Do you like this?". Your answer can be a "suki", meaning "Yes, I do!". Or try "karaoke, suki?" meaning "Do you like karaoke?"
In Karate , suki means fighting openings or gaps. When too many suki possibilities exist the fighter becomes increasingly more vulnerable.

Different translations of the bible would suggest love and charity are synonmus. Examples found in.1st Corrinthians ch. 13 vs. 1-17 illustrate this many times. I would enjoy hearing from a scholar of the languages used in those past times to clarify my understanding. The story of the "World's Poorest Philanthropist", Gilbert "Harold" Ewing II (myself) is the reason for this querry. The " act of grace", or charity, reffered to in the news interview, has posited this question and I lack the sort of education to provide any insights of true value.
