She's too young.. But if you think and feel that your marriage will work, then go for it.. Ask for her parents permission because she's still a minor. Or you might want to wait for a few more years so that both of you will mature especially in terms of relationship.

Think about what you're doing.
I'm guessing you're around 18 or so, or I would at least hope so. I bet you want to shag legally, and that's about it.
Notice: you only said that she love(s) YOU very much. Do you love her?
Let this pass. If it's meant to be, you can wait until she's finished with college to get married.
She's 16. Don't take away her childhood, and don't compromise your own. This is marriage. Were you the same person you were three years ago? Probably not. We all are going to change.
Don't act on impulses. Wait it out.

It depends what state you are in, if you are in the US, I believe some states allow you to marry her at that age with her consent, but I think most states if one or both people are under 18 then the marriage can be done only with the consent of the parents of the minor.

She is only of 16. Give her time. Marriage is a life-time commitment, so you both need to be matured to take this decision. You have not mentioned your age. Be honest and think twice before taking any decision.
