For a "Healthy" Start to the day = Grape Fruit .Toast , 10 Glasses of water , 15 Doughnuts , 4 Cream Slices, 2 Bars of Chocolate , 3 Mars Bars , 4 Cans of Strong Larger , now I,m just off to the Takeaway ,for Lunch , thats if I can get out of the chair -- have a nice day

I had egg on toast, with brown sauce. Large cup of black coffee and a pint of juice. I try to eat a big breakfast, stops me eating till lunch. Well that is the idea, however I have just eaten an orange. Not too bad, I guess, could have been a chocolate bar!!!

Breakfast: Some Cheerios with milk - Didn't finish it all - tasted wierd.

Dinner: Two slices of bread cut in half with tuna and mayo

Snack: A bit of popcorn which i then proceeded to throw in the bin - was disgusting.

I hope my tea will be much nicer than what i've had already today lol.

I know i probably should have eaten but im one of these people that if i eat before a certain time in the morning i feel sick and bloated all day... so NOTHING yet today.....

For breakfast i had a bowl of Special K, and then 2 boiled eggs, and a big cup of water, and for lunch i had a salad, and for snack i had a nutritional shake, and a small 100g container of yogurt.MMMMMM. I am on a health kick right now.

Porridge with sunflowers seeds, linseeds, raisins, honey and soya milk, with a pint glass of half orange juice half water, and a mug of real coffee with milk. That's me sorted for the morning!
