JUICY GRILLED BURGERS
1 lb. ground beef (80% lean)
1/4 c. Lea & Perrins Steak Sauce, divided
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
In a medium bowl, combine beef, 2 tablespoons steak sauce and onion. Shape into four patties 4 inches in diameter. Place patties on grid over medium coals. Grill 7 to 9 minutes, turning once. Brush with remaining steak sauce. Makes 4 servings.

Ready to Mambo Burger
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 cups shredded lettuce
4 tomato slices
4 crusty sandwich rolls, split
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix meat with 1/4 cup of the dressing and 2 Tbsp. of the cheese; shape into 4 patties.
GRILL patties 8 to 10 minutes or until cooked through, turning over after 4 minutes. Meanwhile, toss lettuce with remaining 2 Tbsp. each dressing and cheese.
PLACE burgers on bottom halves of rolls; cover with lettuce mixture, tomatoes and tops of rolls.
Great Substitute
Prepare as directed, using ground chicken or thawed frozen LOUIS RICH Pure Ground Turkey.

INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 medium potato, shredded
1 tablespoon minced garlic
12 ounces crumbled blue cheese
2 teaspoons seasoned salt, or to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat a grill for high heat. When the grill is hot, lightly oil the grate.
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, potato, garlic, blue cheese, seasoned salt, pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, eggs and bread crumbs. Form into 10 balls, and flatten into patties.
Grill for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.

one lb. ground meat, two eggs, one packet dry onion soup mix.
Mix all three in bowl. Firm up and shape into manageable patties and either grill on stovetop or BBQ grill (recommended) till no longer pink in center.
