If you mean velometer, it measures air velocity.

Voltmeter is an electrical instrument. It is used to measure voltage such as ac volts in the house, dc voltage of any kind of battery. High impedance dc voltmeters are used to measure corrosion potential (volt) of any metallic structures exposed to water or soil.
